PhD Thesis Submission Instructions (Library Copy)

1. Hard Copy Submission

Submit the following in printed form:

a. Full Thesis

A complete, bound copy of the thesis.

b. Abstracts (with Keywords)

Submit abstracts in the following languages:

• Original language of the thesis

• Malayalam

Each abstract must include five (5) keywords.

2. Soft Copy Submission (CD)

Maximum size of the pdf file is 15MB

All files should be Unicode UTF-8 encoded (Unicode compliant)

Mandatory Files

1. Full Thesis

   • PDF/A format

   • Identical to the hardcopy

   • Includes all required signatures in certificates and declarations.

2. No-Correction Certificate

   • Must be signed and scanned.

3. Abstracts

   • In the original language of the thesis

   • In Malayalam

   • Each with 5 keywords

4. Synopsis (PDF)

5. Plagiarism Certificate

6. Orcid ID

3. Chapter-wise Split Files

Provide chapter-wise PDF files with the exact filenames listed below:

Maximum file size per chapter should be below 2MB
