• Certification: Signed by the Research Guide with the official seal of the Department/Research Centre
• Declaration: Signed by the Research Scholar
• Abstracts in :
  - Original language of the thesis
  - Malayalam
  - Include 5 keywords

Soft Copy on CD

• Text Encoding: Ensure the text is Unicode compliant
• Full Thesis: Provide the full thesis in PDF format
• Chapter-Wise Files: Include chapter-wise PDF files of the thesis
• Abstracts in:
  - Original language of the thesis
  - Malayalam
  - Include 5 keywords
• Synopsis
• Plagiarism Certificate
• Signed Pages: Include signed pages of the No-Correction Certificate and Declaration
• Fill out and submit the Google form
